  • Register: before starting the registration, have at your company documentation. In order to access the complete catalog and see the prices, you must be registered on our website. Once registered, we will review the documentation you attach to validate your account.
  • Password change: if you want to change your password or have forgotten it, you can use the "forgot your password?" button and reset it with the link you will receive by email.

PRICES AND DISCOUNTS

  • Prices: the prices shown on our website appear without taxes and are correct except for typographical errors. Applicable taxes will be added later in the final invoice.
  • Pack 12 assorted colours (colours in stock): these packs have a 10% discount (applied in the cart or in the final invoice). Some products have the option to be purchased in packages of 12 units. Colors and quantities will vary based on stock availability.
  • The promotions offered on our websites and social networks will be applied later in the final invoice.

 

AVAILABILITY

  • Sold out products: it is possible that we do not have some products of your order. You can check if any of the items are missing by reviewing the invoice before making the payment. Generally, if a colour is out of stock, it is not replaced by another one, unless otherwise indicated.

      

SHIPPING COSTS and TRANSIT TIMES*

The transport costs are covered by the customer and will be charged on the invoice with the concept "TRANSPORTE". If you wish to pick up your order from one of our stores, or organize the collection through your trusted courier, we will not charge any amount for this concept.

* Shipping times are approximated. Sonata will not be responsible in any case for any delay that may be caused in the delivery of the packages once they have been picked up at our facilities by the courier company.

** Shipments are calculated for capital cities. Shipments to other areas may vary in price and delivery time. Destinations with customs clearance may also find their delivery time altered.

***The territories of France and Italy are calculated for locations within the continent. Remote areas such as islands are subject to quotations and price variations.

 

PAYMENT

Payment options: Once we have the order ready, we will contact you to make the payment through:

  • Credit or debit card: a link will be sent to you by email to make the payment. By choosing this option it is also possible to make the payment through BIZUM.
  • Bank transfer: we will provide you with the IBAN number to make the payment. If it is a transaction from abroad, it must be done through shared expenses (SHA).
  • PayPal: we will provide you with the email associated with our business so that you can make the payment.
  • Cash on delivery: we currently do not offer this option.

Once we have received the full amount in our account, we will send the order as soon as possible.

 

APPLICABLE TAXES

  • Spanish Peninsula and Balearic Islands: VAT of 21% will be applied to the total amount of your order.
  • Ceuta and Melilla: the invoice will be issued without taxes and the customer will be responsible for paying the IPSI at the time of receiving the goods. The shipping company will also charge the customer the customs clearance fee.
  • Canary Islands: the invoice will be issued without taxes and the customer will be responsible for paying the IGIC at the time of receiving the merchandise. The shipping company will also charge the customer the customs clearance fee.
  • Companies and professionals in the EU, with an intra-community VAT number: the invoice will be issued without taxes. You can check your VAT number on the page https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/?locale=es
  • Companies and professionals in the EU, without intra-community VAT number: the invoice will be issued with 21% of Spanish taxes.
  • Companies and professionals outside the EU: the invoice will be issued without taxes and the customer will be responsible for paying the corresponding taxes and duties at the time of receiving the merchandise. The shipping company will also charge the customer the customs clearance fee.

 

AFTER-SALES

  • Defective items: in case of receiving a product in poor condition, you will have to send us, within 14 calendar days after receiving the order, a photo, the description and the invoice or order number, so we can evaluate the situation and offer the most appropriate solution.   • Changes and returns: Changes and/or returns will be accepted within 14 calendar days after receiving the order. Returned products will only be accepted in their original packaging with their labels unaltered. The return costs will be covered by the customer unless there is an error on our part.
